Ok, so the city in the clouds wasn't their greatest special effect. Hey, it was the 60's!
Flattery? From Spock??
The term "spoiled brat" comes to mind for some reason.
This episode has Spock doing some narration. I like it.
The narration is good but Spock is WAY out of character with this comment.
PRIDE?? That's an emotion Spock! I wonder who wrote this dialogue for Spock. Whoever it was they sure don't understand Vulcans! Spock would NEVER say stuff like this!!
This is just TOO MUCH! In the episode "Amok Time" Spock almost died because he didn't want to tell ANYONE, even Kirk, about the Pon Farr mating cycle and here he is telling Droxine, a complete stranger, all about it! Spock was written very poorly in this episode.
More of Spock's "wildly out of character" dialogue. Who wrote this stuff?
Mr. Spock
How very thoughtful.
You can bargain with a thong? Oh, she probably doesn't mean the underwear kind! (Hee Hee!)
These guys don't like each other very much.
