Death Stalks The
Corridors Of The Enterprise
When Captain Kirk and
Mr. Spock barely survived
the mission to Delta
Gamma Four, the deadly
planet whose beautiful
blue flowers destroy the
mind and ravage the
soul, Chief Medical Officer
McCoy felt something was
dangerously wrong -
just how wrong, he
didn't realize. For when the
Enterprise takes on the
alien members of a
sensitive Federation
diplomatic mission, the
ambassadors are murdered
one by one.
The angel of death is
visiting the ambassadors.

Captain
Log, Stardate 6982.3
The quarantine of the Enterprise continues. There
has been no indication of the self-proclaimed Angel
of Death on Station Detente One; his or her activities
are confined to my ship, and to those ambassadors
opposed to the Romulan peace treaty. Three have
now died - three deaths that I, as commander, am
ultimately responsible for.
We are dealing with a being of supernatural abilities:
the most sophisticated Starfleet technologies are
unable to detect, much less stop it. Until we do solve
the mystery of this Angel of Death, my ship must
remain where it is: motionless in space, my crew and
the ambassadors on it targets for a being whose
existence I cannot explain.
A
murder mystery on the Enterprise!
This is a genre not often visited by Star Trek,
but when it does it provides pretty good drama.
I enjoy a good murder mystery and this one
doesn't disappoint. Having the ambassadors
on board is a definite 'Journey to Babel' rip-off,
but I can forgive that.
Wait until you find out who the bad guy is!
